Dear Valued Clients,

We ask in advance for your patience as we continue to navigate the intricacies of dealing with COVID-19 while continuing to keep clients and our team members safe. Our team is eager to perform the services you want/need while always being safe and sanitary as required or suggested.

For our team and their family’s safety we have re-instituted masking for our staff and highly recommend that our clients wear a mask regardless of vaccination status. We will continue to follow state guidelines and our stringent protocol for safe cleaning and disinfecting.

Please not that many services are booking further out than usual, and we advise planning your appointments as far in advance as possible. We have an active cancelation list that is automated, please ask to be added if we cannot accommodate exactly when you would like to come in.

Protocol for Your Visit 

  • Please reschedule if you have any symptoms of COVID-19, a cold, or flu.
  • Masks are Highly Recommended for clients and required for all our team members.
  • We have hand sanitizer available at the front desk and in our treatment rooms. Hands must be washed with soap & warm water before nail services.
  • Social distancing of six feet will be practiced wherever possible and in areas it is not possible we have installed plexiglass.

Health and Safety Measures:

Regular disinfection is being performed using approved products per the state and CDC guidelines before and after each client’s appointment.

Safety & Disinfectant Protocols:

  • We continue to use disinfectant to clean all door handles, counters, equipment, bathrooms, pens, credit card keypads, chairs, tables, etc. This is done throughout the day as well as before and after every client for each treatment room as well as public areas of our space.
  • If a team member is not feeling well, displaying any symptoms of Covid-19, or has been in contact with anyone with Covid-19 they will be sent home or advised to not come in.
  • Clients should try to leave personal items in their car. Limit items to phone, keys, and payment method.
  • Team members are washing their hands before and after each guest (as we always have done). Instructions for proper handwashing are posted and being followed.
  • Magazines or printed materials are still not available until further notice. Also, we are currently not offering beverages, snacks, or food currently.
  • We ask that there be no shaking of hands, hugging, or contact that is not necessary to perform a service.
  • There are Air Purifiers in every treatment room and throughout the space to improve overall air quality within the building.

Please know we are following and/or exceeding all safety and disinfectant protocols for your safety, our team members, and their families. We appreciate all our clients and thank you in advance for your patience, understanding, and cooperation as we adapt our spa to keep everyone safe. Please remember that we are doing our best and want to be sure the entire spa is safe and sanitized; it may take us a little longer in between each client.

We can all do our part to prevent the spread of illness in our community. You can help by staying home and rescheduling your appointment if you are feeling sick. If you are healthy, we look forward to seeing you.
